In-Store Purchase Exchanges and Returns
We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase of full priced in-store items, outlet sales are final. You may bring your return or exchange into the store. However, if you cannot come into the store and would like to ship your return or exchange, please send us an email at tunies.westport@gmail.com with a photograph of your receipt, AND send your item to:
This email must be received within 14 days after purchase, otherwise your return/exchange will NOT be valid.
If you return an item by mail within 14 days for a refund or an exchange we do not cover shipping costs.
Online Store Returns
You may get a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase for online orders. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
